SEPTIC TANK ACTIVATOR

A liquid enzyme treatment designed to enhance bacterial activity that reduces solids and odors in the septic system.

What is Septic Tank Activator?

Septic Tank Activator is a non-toxic liquid product that contains naturally occurring enzymes, proteins, and amino acids that support bacterial growth in septic systems.

What does it do?

The organic compounds in Septic Tank Activator enhance the growth of bacteria that break down solids and other waste matter in the septic system. The bacterial activity is reduced by the presence of strong soaps, detergents, and other toxic substances that enter the septic system. As the bacterial activity slows, solids that are not broken down settle in the septic tank and plug the drain field. Until the bacteria are reactivated, the system will emit more odor and require more frequent pumping and repair. Septic Tank Activator may be used to treat septic systems in homes, businesses, and recreation vehicles, and in other places with waste handling systems like milk houses and slaughter facilities.

How do you apply Septic Tank Activator?

Pour the recommended amount of Septic Tank Activator in a sink, tub, or floor drain, a lavatory or toilet, or any other point of entry to the septic system.

What is the recommended application rate?

Under a normal septic maintenance program, you should apply two ounces of Septic Tank Activator twice a year (every 6 months) for each 100 gallons of septic tank capacity. For example, you should apply 16 ounces of product to an 800 gallon septic tank every 6 months. If you presently have problems with solids or blockages in your septic system, you should use more frequent applications until the system begins to function normally.

What does Septic Tank Activator cost?

The product is inexpensive compared to other products on the market and is available for daily UPS shipping. The product is available in 8 ounce bottles for $8.50 per bottle and in 16 ounce bottles for $16.00 per bottle.
